Welcome to
St Joseph’s School Levin
St Joseph’s School is a Roman Catholic School in which the whole school community, through the general school programme and in its religious instructions and observances, exercises the right to live and teach the values of Jesus Christ. These values are as expressed in the Scriptures, practices, worship and doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church as determined from time to time by the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington.

Catholic Community
As the only Catholic school in Levin, St Joseph’s School families hail from all over the township and surrounding areas. The school is an integral part of the wider Catholic community in Levin with the church, school and presbytery adjacent to each other. As a multicultural, full-primary (Year 1-8) coeducational school, we promote Christ-centred, Gospel-infused learning, centered on the Beatitudes and the Principles of Catholic Social Teaching. Our learners aspire to Positive Behaviour for Living (PB4L) through the School-based S.E.R.V.E values of Service, Empathy, Resilience, Virtue and Excellence.
